Yotta Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Yotta platform, including all games, promotions, and related services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

No purchase necessary to play or win, and Yotta is intended only for eligible states sweepstakes participants who satisfy the eligibility rules described in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Player Agreement Overview

This document forms a binding legal agreement between you and Yotta. It applies to every visitor, registered player, and guest who accesses the platform, regardless of the device used to connect.

The Terms are organized into sections covering arbitration, eligibility, the digital token framework, account security, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, service availability, liability, and termination. Each section should be read in full, since later sections may modify or limit earlier ones.

Yotta may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations or applicable law. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, so players are encouraged to review this page from time to time.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how Yotta collects and uses personal information. Together, these documents describe the complete relationship between you and the platform.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Yotta will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law does not permit such an agreement.

You agree that any arbitration will proceed on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding against Yotta.

This arbitration and class-action waiver survives termination of your account and continues to apply even if you stop using the platform.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

Use of Yotta is limited to individuals who meet the minimum age required by their place of residence and who are legally permitted to participate in sweepstakes promotions. Only eligible states sweepstakes residents may register an account.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is restricted, and that you are acting on your own behalf rather than for a third party.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Where local law limits or excludes participation, Yotta reserves the right to restrict account access for residents of that jurisdiction.

Yotta may request supporting documentation to confirm age, identity, or state of residence before processing a redemption request. Accounts that cannot satisfy eligibility requirements may be restricted or closed.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Yotta uses two categories of digital tokens: Gold Coins, a play-only currency with no cash value, and Sweeps Coins, a promotional currency that may be redeemable for prizes where legal. Neither token is a form of real-world currency.

Tokens are licensed to you for entertainment purposes only and remain the property of Yotta. This license is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

Tokens have no independent monetary value and cannot be purchased outright, exchanged between players, cashed out directly, or transferred outside the platform’s designated redemption process.

This distinction between play-only tokens and promotional tokens is central to how Yotta operates as a sweepstakes model rather than a real-money gambling product.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Yotta may require identity verification before permitting certain account actions, including redemption requests. Accounts may be limited to one per individual, household, or shared device.

Profile information should be kept current and accurate. Yotta reserves the right to suspend an account where submitted details cannot be verified or appear inconsistent with prior records.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

Players may not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any other automated or deceptive method to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

Prohibited activity also includes attempting to manipulate promotions, exploiting software errors, providing false eligibility information, or colluding with other players to circumvent these Terms.

Yotta may withhold winnings, void tokens, or terminate accounts associated with suspected fraud or abuse, pending investigation.

Suspected violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law, and cooperating with any resulting investigation is a condition of continued account access.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All game content, graphics, trademarks, and platform software are owned by Yotta or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

If you submit feedback, comments, or other contributions to Yotta, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that material in connection with operating and improving the platform.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

Yotta does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Games, promotions, or account features may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In the event of a verified technical error affecting game outcomes or token balances, Yotta may void affected results and restore balances to their pre-error state.

Scheduled maintenance will be minimized where practical, but Yotta is not liable for losses of enjoyment or opportunity resulting from a temporary outage.

Players should not rely on Yotta for time-sensitive purposes, since technical issues can occur without advance warning despite reasonable safeguards.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yotta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Because Gold Coins have no cash value and Sweeps Coins are a promotional mechanism rather than a purchased product, any liability related to token balances is limited to the token itself and not to any implied cash equivalent.

You agree to indemnify and hold Yotta harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, including contract, tort, or statute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination and General Provisions

Yotta may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for suspected violation of these Terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or abuse.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Certain provisions, including arbitration, liability limits, and intellectual property protections, survive account termination.

Yotta operates as an eligible states sweepstakes model, and these general provisions apply consistently across all permitted jurisdictions.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Yotta regarding platform use. Last updated 2026.
